EXTRA LONG LIVING CO., LTD. is a modernized manufacturing enterprise focusing on the field of lifestyle products, integrating R&D, design, production and sales. Established in 2024 with registered capital of USD 10 million, the company is located in Grand Bokor SEZ, Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia, specifically in Block II-5C, Prek Toal and Prek Sangke Village, Deriang Commune, Preah Nuu District, with a factory area of  82,700 square meters.

The factory has an international standard R&D and design center and an intelligent production base. At present, the construction of the project is progressing smoothly, and it is expected to be fully completed in September 2025 and officially put into operation at the end of the year.

Extra long's main business covers two major areas: wholesale of home textiles and specialized retail of home furnishing products. The company's core product lines include multifunctional printing rolls, anti-mite, waterproof and breathable bedspreads, environmentally friendly shower curtains, tablecloths and high-efficiency dust cover and other high-quality household products. Relying on the dual-wheel drive development model of “technology research and development + intelligent manufacturing”, Extra long gives full play to the functional characteristics of its products in terms of “three-proof” (dust-proof, seepage-proof, and mildew-proof), and continues to strengthen its competitive advantages in quality control, cost optimization, and service response, etc., and is committed to providing cost-effective and innovative solutions for the global home furnishings market.

Development History

2024 (Foundation Year)

- Completion of the strategic site selection for the Grand Boke Special Economic Zone in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

- Formed an internationalized professional team to conduct the feasibility study of the project

- Establish the dual-track development model of “Smart Factory + Innovative R&D”.

- Obtained investment license and environmental protection certification from the local government


2025 (the first year of construction)

- Started the construction of 82,700 square meters of modern industrial park.

- Introduction of intelligent production equipment and automation systems

- Establish international standard quality testing center

- Completed R&D and sample testing of core product lines and successfully passed Target's factory inspection.
